Designed for the toughest of coastline environments, the Zinkworks 5G modem is a core link in managing the operations at shipping ports.
Prototype
Working with our client we designed an eye-catching highly functional product. The main focus was robustness, ingress protection, ease of install and user experience in the harshest environments.
Along the way we used our in-house machinery to quickly show the client how the final product could look before sending for manufacture.
5G connectivity within shipping ports
The modem is designed to be easily identifiable from ground level, for this we have two prominent lighting features on the front that highlight its’ current state.
It is designed to be wall mounted, or strapped to a pole. The back of the modem features a thick TPU backing to reduce vibrations that may effect the internal PCB.
