ZEUS

ZEUS

We were tasked with designing a solar powered, scooter charging station and docking point for the expanding fleet of Zeus rental scooters. These charging stations, strategically placed in cities across Europe, have been meticulously optimised to maximize the collection of solar energy.

We crafted a solution that integrates sustainability and efficiency, ensuring that the scooters are always ready to hit the road.

Research and Design

This project began with a research phase that provided an undestanding for how best to optimise the collection of the solar energy. These constraits and results informed key aspects of the design and were further backed up through our R&D testing.

Shadow Studies

The purpose of shadow studies is to optimise the amount of the daylight for a given city and maximising the amount of sun throughout the year.
