We use sketch modelling in materials like card, foam, steel and plastic to rapidly tease out the nuances of a products shape and feel. These models save time by quickly calculating and adjusting comfort and usability. We use this technique to reduce project costs down the line by having an early understanding of what the end user required from the product. These models are tested with a sample audience to determine their effectiveness before a more streamlined design is brought to CAD for manufacturing.
